Below are answers to some of the most asked questions concerning our platform
How do I join GASO platform?
For Individuals, proceed and create an account via the Sign-Up Form. Once signed up, the account will auto approve allowing you to start making fuel orders.
For companies, fill in the company form under the sign-up and provide all the documents requested. Upload the documents via the form or send the documents to ops@gasocloud.com. Our Customer Service will review the documents and approve before the account is active for use.
How do we know that fuel supply is of quality?
GASO only partners with accredited fuel supply companies and with stringent onboarding process, we ensure that all industry and regulators requirements are always in good standing.
What is your business operating hours?
We operate a 24/7 customer service center providing support to both customers and suppliers
Do you operate outside East Africa?
Our platform is designed to work anywhere we have filling station partners. Always keep on the look as we add partners beyond the borders of Kenya
How do I make payments?
Payments are made through bank or M-PESA deposits to GASO bank accounts. Once, done send the slip or message to ops@gasocloud.com for your Gaso e-wallet to be updated. Later, we will automate this process to ensure deposits are reflected immediately on Customer’s Gaso E-Wallet.
Is our money safe with Gaso E-Wallet?
Yes, we have stringent measures to ensure that the money in the e-wallet is available for the transactions done on the platform. Suppliers are only able to withdraw the money once an order has been fulfilled.
Do you provide fuel on credit?
No, we deal with cash transactions only as we need to guarantee funds to our suppliers for all the orders fulfilled
Is there subscription fee to use the system?
For customers who use our partner network to fuel their fleet, we DO NOT charge any subscription fees to use the system. For companies with their own fuel depots, we provide a subscription-based product to manage the business processes around refueling of their fleet.
How do you manage to get better pricing compared to the pump price?
We negotiate with our suppliers/partners a highly discount rate and extend a substantial amount to our customers.
